Mr. MANIRAHO Emmanuel is serving AMIR as the None -Umurenge SACCO Automation Project Manager (None-USACCO APM) since 2022

He is responsible for Technical leadership, Financial Management, Partnership and Multi-Stakeholders relationship, Monitoring & Evaluation and Knowledge Management.

He also provides expert advice to the AMIR’s Executive Director on risk management and risk transfer initiatives to support the achievement of AMIR’s None-USACCO automation services and goals.

Prior to this role, Emmanuel served as AMIR’s Application/Database Administrator and IT& Network Infrastructure operational Management.

He was also responsible for core banking system integration implementation coordination.

Before joining AMIR, he worked as Data management officer for 7 years at FARG since 2012 to 2019, Computer fundamentals trainer at Kimisagara Youth center during the year 20212 And teacher of Primary school in Bugesera District since 2007 to 2008. and field surveyor STAFF in Millennium Villages Project during the year 2006.

He is a strong information technology professional with a Master’s degree of Science in information Technology from Madras University (India) and a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Computer Science from Kigali Independent University (ULK) in addition to the Diploma(A2) Normale Primaire.

He is professionally certified with MCITP for Database Administration and MCTS for SQL server implementation and maintenance
